Which Couriers Do We Use?

We use a combination of delivery partners to make sure your order is delivered fast and safely.

We use a system that selects the best option determined by where you live, how much you've spent and which service you've opted for.

Safe + Secure Shopping

For Australian and International customers we use DHL Express and Australia Post couriers for a safe, fast and fully trackable service. We partnered up with Paypal, Australia's favourite way to pay online. It's a faster, easier and safer way to make payments online and on your mobile phone. Your bank, credit card and personal details are never shared. PayPal helps prevent fraud and offers protection against unauthorised transactions. PayPal offers Buyer Protection in case your item does not arrive or is significantly different to described. You don't have to type your debit or credit card details every time you checkout. 


Shipping notes:

We usually ship all orders placed before 3pm the same day. (Please note we do not offer a Guaranteed Saturday delivery)

Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday. 

The estimated delivery time to destinations within Australia is 1 to 5 days while delivery to anywhere else in the world will approximately take 3 to 14 days from the day your order is shipped. While we provide you with an estimated date for delivery of all parcels and while we make every effort to deliver by this time, all dates specified are estimates only. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee time of delivery.  We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, insufficient or incorrect address information, holidays, or carrier complications.

Can I Track My Order?

Upon order will we send you an email with a full tracking code and link to the couriers website.

International Customers

If your parcel hasnt arrived with within 7 days after dispatch, you must inform Since Day Immediately. If you do not inform Since Day within those 7 days, then we may not be able to compensate you the customer.

All tracking information is emailed to the customer on the day of dispatch. We advise to track your parcel every day until arrival. If you do not receive this information, please check your spam filters or contact Since Day for help. If your tracking information doesnt work, then please contact Since Day for assistance. 

 

Exchanges

We make exchanges for everything within 14 days after shipping. There are no refunds. All sales are all final and only exchangeable.

Exchanges will be given after the warehouse has inspected items, and declares the items are in their original condition.

To process your exchange and receive a Return order number please contact our team at info@sinceday.com.au  

We recommend customers receive a tracking number when sending back exchanges. 
Once a return is processed, the items must be shipped out immediately. Packages need to be received at Since Day within 2 weeks of the date the Return order number was created.

Items worn with stains cannot be exchanged. If you do ship such items, Since Day will not be responsible for processing and exchanging such items.

Shipping cost is not refundable.
